I would love to hear what you think about the "Here’s how you can apply this to your own life" section. I've been trying to incorporate some practice advice/help at the end of these posts to give you something to really walk away with and try. Let me know!

Every word. I’m in the in-between right now and it’s just such a beautiful coincidence that this showed up. 🤗

Looking back at my life over the last few months that is exactly what I've been doing. Holding onto the past, looking back scared to take that final step. But with a new found strength and gratitude I am slowly but surely taking baby steps to move forward to the life I've been waiting for and creating for so long. This has been just what I needed today thank you so much xx

Last year, my word was become. This year, it’s act. I need action because I am taking it day by day. But I will tell you that you must do it the way you must. It is messy. Offer yourself grace. It’s healing to break. It’s hard to do alone. I’ve done it. If you have someone who you know loves you as I love my person, then you will be held through Anything

Act! I love that. Put what you know into play. Also really helpful to have a support system around you. Glad you have one.

Some of us live in The Inbetween. It started for me as a gay man living through the Gay Plague of the 1980’s. My eyes were violently torn open by the cruelty of the American government and the fear of its people. All because I existed openly.

I’ve never really exited this liminal space since. Instead I have set down roots here, such as they are, and am living fully within the chaos inherent in liminality.

You found me in the in-between thanks Evan. This was a timely guide & support. We often lack the tools we need, get overwhelmed by the noise of advice & theory- this feels like recognition and permission to be.

I’m just in pain and confusion. I don’t know why some people can’t just let others be. If they’re not real. But it’s okay. I know how to heal.

Enjoy the practical advice at the end, feel like so many similar writings forgot that part. Good stuff
