How many times I have read: trust your gut feelings, your body can pick up on bad vibrations, gut feelings are angels guiding you, pay attention to your inner voice....they were right, but I chose not to listen to them because I did not want it to. I simply dismissed them, rationalized them away. Big mistake. But I am not my mistakes and next time I can do better. We all can. Lessons learned the hard way. Looking back, I see a lot of struggles, looking forward I see wisdom of the heart.

I think that's a big part of learning to trust our gut - when we face the consequences of not trusting it. That's where the wisdom comes from. The learning and understanding.

The language of intuition can overwhelm yet sits within as a silent thing....it is an act of self love to find absolute silence...and only then, allow what is the true intuition to bloom within. Showing love not in repetitive claims of such....but an ability to let go...completely and absolutely by remaining only present in the moment. As a dreamer and a sensualist ...the story always continues....and my heart breaks.

It's a deeply spiritual and often hard to understand thing. But in the end, it guides you to where it needs to be.

Really loved the article Evan

Reminds me about Morgan Housel quote: "The most important part of any plan is planning for when the plan doesn't go according to plan."

Planning is great, unless we get too fixated and we don’t know to improvise when things go messy. No matter what we do, we will always face uncertainty. We have to embrace it.
