When we aren’t getting the results we want, we need to change our view to yield different actions. This is one of the truest lessons I have learned over the past year. If you want things to change, you have to change first. There is no other way around it. What led me to this post is that I am not getting the results I want. I am trying really hard to make something happen, but the process is daunting and full of obstacles. Therefore, I have to change something in my view of how things should be in order to create something new. Coming to these types of realizations is not always the easiest thing to do. However, this evening I committed myself to revamping an important article of mine to catch the attention of viewing eyes. I created something very different from any traditional piece I have created, and therefore I know that I will get some different results than achieved previously. When you need to distinguish yourself from hundreds to thousands of other people, you really need to rear back and go out with all engines burning.

I will always remember the lessons I have been taught over the past couple of years. Most of them I read in the morning to make sure I have my mind right for the day. I know that perseverance is one of the most beneficial attributes someone can have. No matter what…keep trucking. Keep your nose to the grindstone and working your butt off. There will be times when you stray, but as I always say, it is the direction that your compass is pointed to that truly matters. I have kept in mind that if you don’t know where you are going, any path will take you there. I have been mapping out a new path for myself over the past few days, and I am really excited to where it is going.

Anxiety is caused when we are not doing what we said what we would…or if we aren’t doing anything at all. The best way to avoid complaints and anxiety is to get in action. When you are in action, there is this feeling of accomplishment for even taking step one. Tomorrow for me is going to be a day full of action and preparation for another big day. A day that is dedicated to going against the grain, to differentiating, and to new results.
