Don’t Blind Me With Questions

The Questions

The sweet little marks,

Posted at the end of our mind’s sentences,

As uncertainty,

Opens the front door.

The hook and the dot,

Causes so much doubt,

And barbs our dreams,

Dragging them into a  meager point.

But take away the chorus,

And the ladle shaped line,

And our greatest fears,

Become something certain.

I picked up your book on my Kindle. I’ve begun to read it and had to put it down because I found that it was consuming me. I love your writing style, your vulnerability, and the overall journey and self-discovery that I’ve read about so far. I’m looking forward to having a solid block of time where I can just devote to reading so that I can pick it back up again. Congratulations; from one writer to another. I hope you are proud of all that you have accomplished. It is a major feat.
